Little Church: Children, including babies are taught about God and His love through a unique curriculum to make learning fun and easy. Little Church is committed to provide a safe and clean environment for our little ones age infant up to age 3.
FireHouse ministers to our children by addressing both their spiritual and physical needs. This is accomplished through structured teaching of God’s word in a variety of creative and exciting ways - Ages 3+ including kindergarten is available every Sunday morning during the morning service.
Sudden Fire encompasses ministry to all 1st and 2nd graders. Our purpose is to teach the Bible and minister using creative tools. The same sermons that you are being taught in the sanctuary are broken down into bite size pieces and made real to your children! We believe church should be exciting and more fun than a barrel of monkeys!
S.W.A.T. is held immediately following Praise and Worship during our Sunday morning service for children in third through fifth grade. Our purpose is to teach the Bible and minister using creative and cutting edge tools such as video, drama, music and presentations. Our vision is to partner with parents to “train up their children in the way they should go”.
OutBreak Youth is one of our newly formed youth ministries beginning with Grade 6 up to age 16. We believe that every young person has the potential to be determined and the promise to be destined! We partner with parents to equip and empower you to be genuine followers of Christ. We provide an atmosphere where friendships can be built and teens can share their same interests. We organize events and activities outside of regular service times where our teens can interact with each other in a safe and Christ-centered environment. Youth meet every Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.
Chosen is a group of youth from ages 8 to 16, who worship God in the dance using flags, drama and American Sign Language, demonstrating their love toward the Lord.
Prayer School: My house shall be called a house of prayer....Matt 21:13 Join Mary McIver and other prayers, for powerful teaching and Holy Spirit led prayer. This time of corporate prayer is open to all church members as well as the general public. Experience the impact that spending time in God’s presence has as you walk daily with Him. The scope of subjects that are prayed over is vast including leaders, the ministries at OverFlowing Life Christian Center, family, finances, Israel, the glory and many others. Prayer is paramount! We meet twice a month on Fridays at 7:00 p.m.
OLCC Iron Men Fellowship: meet monthly on the fourth Saturday at 8:00 A M. There is food and fellowship; then the men have a round table discussion about a subject that is relevant to men’s lives today. The men also go out on sporting events.
Women- Get Connected! In today’s fast paced world, women have more demands on them than ever before. Women-Get Connected is place for us to stop, take a break and focus on the relationships in our lives that are most important. It’s a place to learn, to share, laugh, and pray about the things we all face daily as women, wives, mothers, friends. Enjoy practical teaching about real-life things! Ministry Training School; A minister’s training school is in the planning for those who are aspiring to the ministry and for those who are in the ministry and desire additional training or enrichment.
Missions Trips: Between July 2005 and July 2006, OLCC embarked on five (5) missions trips. We have taken as many as 15 people with us. On these trips, the word of God was preached, souls were saved, bodies were healed and many were baptized in the Holy Spirit. Bishop McIver is training others to be missions team leaders.
Marriage Enrichment Banquet: Beyond your personal relationship with God, there is no other relationship as important as the one you have with your spouse. From the strength of this relationship we build our families, serve God, and model the very love that exists between Christ and His Bride - the Church. The annual Marriage Enrichment Banquet helps couples arrive at a place in their marriage where they thrive spiritually, emotionally, and physically. At OLCC we place a strong emphasis on the marriage and family relationship. Pastor James & Mary McIver have written a book on marriage called “I Do“. Order a copy of the book today!
